Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you complete command over your email mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your mail accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mails based on specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mail account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest.
